UN Call Management system is now myUNcalls

myUNcallsIn an effort to comply with international domain-naming conventions and UN policies for branding, starting 19 November 2009, the UN Call Management will henceforth be known as "myUNcalls".

Also on the same date, icall.un.org will be replaced by myUNcalls.un.org.

"myUNcalls", the UN Telephone Usage Management System, was designed to help staff members at Headquarters manage and stay on top of their telephone usage for international and long distance calls.

Through it, staff can quickly and easily differentiate between "Private" or "Non Business" calls and those which are made in connection with the organization's official business.

It also has the capability to produce reports to assist with managing, summarizing and documenting telephone usage.

Along with the new name and new domain name, myUNcalls.un.org, myUNcalls will also feature a new logo.  You can see it when you access the new portal, where new functionality will be added in the upcoming months.
